By using this application you accept these terms. This application is provided and maintained by its independent developer.

What the app is. An informational utility that shows gold reference prices, converts purities and units, produces estimated values from figures you enter, keeps a private on-device record of your own items, and notifies you when a price level you chose is reached.

What the app is not. It is not an investment, financial, legal, or tax adviser, a broker, an exchange, a bank, a dealer, or a trading platform. It does not execute transactions and gives no advice or recommendation.

Data limitations. Prices come from third-party providers and may be delayed, interrupted, cached, or withdrawn. No guarantee is given as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability, and no future price is promised. You are responsible for verifying any price before relying on it.

Estimates. Calculations use only the values you enter and a reference price. Real prices differ because of local taxes, dealer margins and spreads, making charges, gemstones, fees, and the actual purity and weight of an item.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. The app, its name, design, and text are protected by intellectual-property rights and are licensed to you for personal use only. Third-party components remain the property of their owners and are listed under Open-source licenses.

Advertising. The app is supported by advertising. There are no purchases, subscriptions, or paid features.

Termination. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Access may be withdrawn if these terms are breached.

Liability. The app is provided "as is", to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. It is not liable for losses arising from reliance on prices, estimates, or alerts. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you as a consumer.

Changes. These terms may change as the app changes; the current version is always available in the app and online.
